About the client
Paramit Corporation is a leading manufacturer of complex medical devices and life science instruments with facilities in the U.S. and Malaysia. The company emphasizes precision, quality, and innovation across its manufacturing operations.
The challenge
The client faced increasing operational complexity and needed to modernize their legacy Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to meet growing production demands. The existing system was rigid, lacked scalability, and was not aligned with industry standards.
Additionally, Paramit aimed to implement the ISA-95 standard to better integrate their manufacturing operations with enterprise-level systems. The challenge was to architect a flexible MES that could align with ISA-95, scale across multiple global facilities, and support intelligent automation, real-time visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
The solution
To address Paramit's complex manufacturing and digital transformation needs, Entirety Software assigned its core team member, Stanislav Trystan, a seasoned Senior .NET Engineer and Software Architect, to lead the development and modernization of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Stanislav played a pivotal role in designing, developing, and evolving the MES platform to align with the client’s operational goals and ISA-95 standards.
Working closely with Paramit’s internal teams, Stanislav translated manufacturing workflows into a highly modular and scalable system architecture, integrated intelligent automation, and introduced AI capabilities for process optimization and improved user interaction. His deep involvement ensured the delivery of production-ready software tailored to Paramit's real-world use cases across multiple facilities.
